What is it?

Choose your reward is a promotion that we will run during specified periods, for eligible customers. It allows you the option to choose which reward you receive once you have staked the required amount (£10.00) on qualifying games

You can change your mind on which reward you want to receive until you reach the staking requirement. If you're not sure what to choose or forget, we'll give you our favourite reward instead.

Once you've reached the staking requirement the reward you've chosen will automatically be applied to your account.

Who can take part?

This promotion is open to select customers, aged 18 years and over who have registered as customers of Sky Betting and Gaming. Providing you are eligible, you will see the promotion within your promotions page.

Do I need to opt in?

Yes. You'll need to opt in via the promotion within your promotions page, by clicking the 'take part' button.

This will be available to eligible customers only during the promotional period specified within the terms. The period resets each week so you will have to opt in each week that you wish to take part.

How do I qualify?

After you've opted in, stake £10 or more on the qualifying games during the promotional period. Only cash stakes placed on selected slots games will qualify towards the promotion.

In order to track how much you have staked towards this promotion you can check your progress bar on the promotional page within your promotions. Once you have met the staking amount, the bar will show as complete.

What happens if I don't choose a reward?

If you're not sure what to choose or forget, we'll give you our favourite reward instead.

If I do choose a reward, can I change my mind?

Yes, you can change your mind at any time before the promotion period ends until you have staked the required £10.00 by simply selecting a new one.

How long do I have to qualify?

The promotion will be live Monday until Sunday, during the promotional period specified within the terms. Players can re-opt in the following week and start over again if they wish.

How do I choose a reward?

Reward options will display on the promotional page near the top. Simply click ''select'' to choose.

Once you have selected your reward, the reward will change to 'selected' so you know which reward you will receive if you qualify.

When will be my free/win spins be credited?

All rewards will instantly be credited to the customer's account upon meeting the staking requirements. Should there be any technical difficulties with crediting a reward instantly, we will credit the reward within 72 hours of the end of the promotional period.

Why can't I find my free/win spins?

Free spins/win spins can only be located by opening up one of the eligible games. Free Spins will be locked onto the first Eligible Game loaded. How long do I have to use my spins?

You will have 7 days to use your Free Spins from the date that they are credited. If the Free Spins are not used within this time, the Free Spins will expire.
