Make sure you have opted in to the promotion

There will be a button at the bottom of the screen which says 'Take Part' - this is the Opt-In Button and you must make sure you click this before staking so that your stakes count towards the promotion. 

Make sure you stake only on the right games

Once you have successfully opted in, scroll the page to locate 'Qualifying games' for the promotion.

Don't worry if you don't do this right now though. You can still access this from the promotions page (a tab at the top of the Sky Vegas Home Page). You should be able to see your promotion here.

So I have done all that, when will my free spins be credited?

Once you've met the requirements for staking or have been presented with and clicked a 'view prize' button then your free spins will be available in your account. Depending on which promotion you are taking part in, there may be a bar that fills up to show you how much you have staked towards your promotion.

If there is, this will be available from that promotion's page. If there isn't, the only way to see if they have been credited is by opening one of the eligible games (please read the section below on 'How can I view and use my spins?' before you do this). 

How can I view and use my spins?

Free spins gained in a promotion can only be used on specific games. The games will be listed in the promotion's page under the Terms and Conditions section on the promotion.

You can visit the 'My Bonuses' page to also view your remaining free spins.

Please be advised. As soon as you open one of these games, your free spins will be locked against them so you have to use those spins on those games. If you exit without using them, they will not be transferred to the next game you open; you will have to navigate back to the game you originally opened to use the spins. As a reminder please go to the promotions page to see the eligible games for that offer.

Is there any expiry on the free spins?

Free spins usually expire within 7 days. However, some promotions may differ. Please check the small print in the picture at the top of that promotions page.
