How do I play the game?
Reel Rivals are free to play tournaments and consist of multiplayer head-to-head battles ('Reel Rivals Battles') which give Eligible Players a chance to collect points during the tournaments to win free spins. You can visit the promotional page by clicking here.
Once the Reel Rivals Battle starts, Eligible Players need to press the 'Spin' button to play and continue to press the spin button to accumulate points.
Who can play?

You can only take part in 1 Reel Rivals Tournament per day.
How long is the Promotion running for?
The promotion will run daily from 8am Monday, the 13th October till 8am Friday, 31st October 2025 (the 'Promotional Period').
What times do the tournaments take place?
Load up the Reel Rivals game at a time that suits you throughout the day. Tournaments take place every day while the promotion is running between 00:00 - 23:59.
What is my username?
Your Username will be chosen on the first log-in of Reel Rivals, this username is final and cannot be changed.
How long does a battle last?
Each Reel Rivals Battle will last for a minimum of 1 minute up to a maximum of 3 minutes depending on the Reel Rivals Tournament entered (the 'Battle Length').
What does each symbol mean?
When a Chest symbol lands on the middle reel, the reels will stop spinning and show a selection of weapons to choose from. Each weapon has a different power and can be used to accumulate more points, protect existing points held or affect an opponents' points.
What are the weapons and how do I select them?
Eligible Players must choose a weapon and then select an opponent, by clicking on the red target that appears over the opponents' reels, to attack with their chosen weapon.
Weapon uses:
- Bazooka: Blocks opponent's centre reel for a period of time.
- Freeze: Freezes opponent's Reels for a period of time.
- Lock: Locks opponent's Chests for a period of time.
- Hammer: Smashes 50% of the opponent's balance.
- Bomb: Destroys 100% of the opponent's balance.
- Thief: Steals 50% of opponents' balance.
- Slam: Steals 100% of the opponent's balance.
- Shield: Defends against all attacks for a period of time.
When can I use the Weapons?
You can use the weapons when when a Chest symbol lands on the middle reel, be careful not to spin passed this, as it is only active for a limited time.
Why did I lose my points?
Points are won and lost during a game by attacking and defending against other players - points do not have a monetary value; they are used to climb the leaderboard and win prizes.
Once the Reel Rivals is over, the Eligible Player who scored the most points will be rewarded based on reward structure which was outlined at the start of the Battle.
What can I win?
The following Free Spin prizes are available for each Tournament Period on each day of the Promotional Period (the 'Prizes').
At the start of each Reel Rivals Battle, a wheel will spin that will determine the reward that can be won in that Battle. The maximum number of prizes a customer can win is one per day during the Promotional Period.

I can't find my free prize spins. Where are they?
Free Spins will lock on the first Eligible Game loaded; all Free Spins must be used on the first Eligible Game loaded. If you have opened one of the eligible games (above) after winning your prize, you will need to return to that game to use them.
How much is a spin worth?
Free Spins are valued at 10p per spin. Customers can choose to increase their stake in game, but in doing so will receive fewer Free Spins. For example, a customer may receive 10 Free Spins valued at 10p per spin but can choose to exchange this for 1 Free Spin valued at £1.
For customers using Euros, any prizes will be at an exchange rate of £1:1EUR.
Can I carry over points won in one tournament to another?
Points won in a Reel Rivals tournament cannot be transferred to the next tournament.
How do I win?
The Eligible Player with the most points at the end of the Battle Length will win that Reel Rivals Battle.
Once the Reel Rivals is over, the Eligible Player who scored the most points will be rewarded based on reward structure which was outlined at the start of the Battle.
If one or more players have the same winning score, both players will be rewarded with the reward.
When will I get my Free Spins?
Free Spins will be instantly credited to qualifying players accounts.
How do I collect my Free Spins?
Load one of the eligible Free Spin Games to use your Free Spins.
You will have 7 days to use your Free Spins from the date that they are credited. If the free spins are not used within this time, the Free Spins will expire
