What is Reel Rivals?

Reel Rivals is a game on Sky Vegas where you could win up to 100 Free Spins. It's totally FREE to enter and you've got three chances to win each day!

Compete against other Sky Vegas players in King Kong Cash Reel Rivals tournaments as you spin to try and score the most points in two minutes. You can also use different tools, including Freezes, Bombs, Bazookas and more, to help you one-up your opponents during play - but don’t forget, they can fire these tools right back at you, too!

Do I have to opt-in to Reel Rivals?

Yes. To participate, you must opt-in via the promotional page to be eligible for a chance to be awarded a Free Spin's reward on Reel Rivals. Opt-in will be available throughout the Promotional Period.

How do I play the game?

Enter daily tournaments each day, for free to compete against other players and win a place on the leaderboard. You can visit the promotional page by clicking here.

Does it cost me anything to play?

No, our tournaments are currently free to play.

Can I play in every tournament?

You are permitted entry into a tournament up to 2 times each day.

What times do the tournaments take place?

Tournaments take place every day while the promotion is running at the following times:

08:00 - 14:00
14:00 - 22:00
22:00 - 08:00

What is my username?

Your Username will be chosen on the first log-in of Reel Rivals, this username is final and cannot be changed.

How long does a game last?

Each Reel Rivals Battle will last for a minimum of a minute up to a maximum of 2 minutes (the "Battle Length").

What does each symbol mean?

When a Mystery Box symbol lands on the middle reel, the reels will stop spinning and show a selection of weapons to choose from. Each weapon has a different power and can be used to accumulate more points, protect existing points held or affect an opponent’s points.

What are the weapons and how do I select them?

Eligible Players must choose a weapon and then select an opponent, by clicking on the red target that appears over the opponents’ reels, to attack with their chosen weapon.

Weapon uses:

Bazooka: Blocks opponent's centre reel for a period of time
Freeze: Freezes opponent's Reels for a period of time.
Lock: Locks opponent's Chests for a period of time.
Hammer: Smashes 50% of the opponent's balance.
Bomb: Destroys 100% of the opponent's balance.
Thief: Steals 50% of opponents’ balance.
Slam: Steals 100% of the opponent's balance.
Shield: Defends against all attacks for a period of time.

What does the number mean next to the Weapon Symbols?

Each weapon will have a specific number of uses per Reel Rivals Battle. This number indicates how many times that weapon is available for that Reel Rivals Battle. This will be stated in the Real Rivals Battle.

When can I use the Weapons?

You can use the weapons when a Mystery Box lands on the third reel, be careful not to spin passed the Mystery Box as it is only active for a limited time.

Why did my weapon not work?

To use a weapon you need to first click on the attacking or defensive weapon you would like to use, then click the reels of the opponent you would like to use the weapon against, to make sure the weapon works correctly you need to make sure you use the decision before the Mystery Box Timer runs out.

Why did I lose my points?

Points are won and lost during a game by attacking and defending against other players - points do not have a monetary value; they are used to climb the leaderboard and win prizes.

What can I win?

Depending on your placement on the leaderboard for each tournament you enter, your prize will vary.

Tournament 1: 08:00 - 14:00

Tournament 2: 14:00 - 22:00

Tournament 3: 22:00 - 08:00

What games can I use my prize spins on?

Free Spins are only valid on eligible games, listed below. You will need to load an Eligible Game to accept the Free Spins:

I can't find my free prize spins. Where are they?

Free Spins will lock on the first Eligible Game loaded; all Free Spins must be used on the first Eligible Game loaded. If you have opened one of the eligible games (above) after winning your prize, you will need to return to that game to use them.

How much is a spin worth?

Free Spins are valued at 10p per spin. Customers can choose to increase the stake in game, but in doing so will receive fewer Free Spins. For example, a customer may receive 10 free spins valued at 10p per spin but can choose to exchange this for 1 free spin valued at £1.

Can I carry over points won in one tournament to another?

Points won in a Reel Rivals tournament cannot be transferred to the next tournament.

How do I win?

Play Battles in each of the tournaments and progress in the leaderboards to win prizes.

How do I collect my winnings?

Prizes will be automatically be credited to your Sky Vegas account after the leaderboard has been calculated, this process can take up to 24 hours. Load one of the eligible Free Spin Games to use your Free Spins.

When will I get my winnings?

Winnings will be credited to your Sky Vegas account and can take up to 24 hours to appear In your account.

Why have I not received my winnings?

If you have placed on the leaderboard and achieved winnings, these winnings should be placed on your Sky Vegas account shortly after the end of the tournament time. In the case they haven't appeared at this time, please contact us and we shall investigate

What if I leave the game while it is still active?

If you leave the game, the game will remain active, and the timer will continue to count down. Players will not accumulate points at this time, but opponents can still use weapons on you. Please reload the lobby and rejoin the game by clicking ''play for free''.

Why did the game stop/crash?

Should the game crash please try refreshing your browser, usually this will solve the issue - The lagging or Crashing of a game is usually down to Network Errors.
