Do I need to opt in to The Big Drop?

Yes, to be in with a chance of winning one of The Big Drop jackpots, you'll need to opt in before playing. When you opt in, an additional £0.10 (10p) jackpot contribution per spin (or currency equivalent) is added to your selected stake on participating games.

Where do I opt in?

You can opt in through the in-game banner or via the jackpot landing page using the jackpot widget.

Once opted in, the toggle at the bottom of the game will appear active and display the jackpot contribution amount.

Will I need to opt out if I don't wish to continue with The Big Drop?

Yes, your opt-in status will remain active until you choose to opt out.

You can opt out at any time using the in-game banner or the jackpot landing page toggle.

If you opt out, you will no longer pay the additional £0.10 contribution and will not be eligible to win a jackpot.

Opting in does not affect the outcome of the game you are playing, and it does not impact games that have their own jackpots or other network jackpots.

How can I be in with a chance of winning?

Keep staking on your eligible slots game and wait for The Big Drop button to glow.

What happens when The Big Drop triggers?

  • Your game will pause
  • You'll then enter the Big Drop's exclusive Jackpot experience
  • A prize is revealed (fixed or jackpot tier)
  • The game resumes from where you left off

How will I know if the Jackpot triggers?

You'll see the jackpot amounts increase in real time and we'll let you know as soon as one of them has dropped.

How do the Jackpots work?

Every spin contributes to 4 growing jackpots. A winner is selected at random.

Fixed prizes are set amounts and are funded from the jackpot seed fund.

The jackpot tiers are progressive, meaning that each eligible game round contributes towards increasing the jackpot amounts across the different tiers.

When a jackpot is won, it resets to the minimum start-up values shown below. The table also outlines how jackpot contributions are split across each jackpot tier.

Please note: 71.8% of the jackpot contribution also goes towards re-seeding future jackpot awards and fixed prizes.

If you are playing in a currency other than GBP, the maximum limits shown in your local currency may vary. These limits are updated daily based on the latest exchange rates.

Jackpot prize pools are shared across multiple jurisdictions, meaning players from different regions may contribute to and win from the same prize pools.

Stakes and Jackpot bets

To participate, simply play any eligible game. For each game round, an additional £0.10 jackpot contribution will be added to your stake. This contribution is fixed and cannot be changed.

The £0.10 contribution forms part of your total stake and will be deducted from your player balance once the game round has been completed.

If your selected stake is close to the maximum allowed limit and adding the £0.10 jackpot contribution would exceed this limit, the jackpot contribution will not be applied for that round.

Why haven't my Jackpot winnings been added to my balance yet?

In some cases, winnings from certain jackpot tiers are subject to additional security checks before they can be credited.

During this time, your balance may not update straight away. If needed, a member of our team will contact you directly to guide you through the next steps.

We'll keep this process as quick and smooth as possible and will be in touch if anything is required from you.

Are there any other prizes I can win?

Yes, in addition to jackpots, you can also win smaller fixed prizes (e.g. £5, £15, £25), which drop more frequently

How will I know if a game is eligible?

Within each eligible game, you'll find the jackpot toggle displayed at the bottom of the game.

You can also find a list of eligible games in the casino lobby.

If the jackpot widget is not displayed within a game, playing rounds in that game will not contribute to or qualify for jackpot prizes.

Free spin and bonus rounds do not contribute to the jackpot.

Am I guaranteed to win?

No - jackpots are random and not guaranteed.

What is the Return To Players (RTP)?

Overall, 90% of jackpot contributions are returned to players (RTP). This is separate from the individual RTP of each game, which may vary and can be found in the specific game rules.

How do I find out how much I've contributed to The Big Drop?

Prize Information

Winning the jackpot
  • The jackpot is triggered randomly on any qualifying game round (with the additional jackpot bet contribution) on eligible games.
  • The starting value of each jackpot is the minimum a player will win in each jackpot tier. There is no upper limit, and each jackpot in each tier will continue to increase in value as players make contributions and a winner is selected at random.
  • The current value of each jackpot tier can be seen both in the jackpot menu bar which is displayed in every eligible game. It is also shown in the homepage jackpot promotion. These values are updated in real-time.
  • The amount awarded from the relevant jackpot tier will be fixed at the point of winning. Displays of jackpot amounts that change over time will be updated as frequently as practicable.
  • When a jackpot prize is won during a game round, it is immediately secured, making sure it can't be claimed again by any other player at the same moment.
  • Occasionally, the same jackpot tier might be won twice in quick succession, before the jackpot value displayed has updated. If this occurs, the first winner receives the displayed jackpot amount, and the second winner receives that jackpot tier's seed amount.
  • The jackpot win payout matches the jackpot value stored on the casino server at the exact moment it's won. We take all reasonable steps to ensure the displayed jackpot value accurately matches the value stored on our servers.
Receiving winnings
  • Winnings are credited directly to the player account. Larger wins above a certain threshold will go through an internal validation process before being credited.
  • A winning customer will be notified of their jackpot win, following which, all winnings will be credited to customer accounts as cash and can be withdrawn at any time once standard checks have been carried out and cleared.
