Reopen a closed account

Have you received a message advising your account is closed?

We are currently in the process of migrating existing customers to our new betting platform. So as not to disturb too many customers at once, we are doing this in small groups at a time.

It is highly likely that if you share a device with another customer who is being migrated you will have received a message advising your account is closed which has lead you to this page.

We would advise that you use an alternative browser and try to use our site again to see if this message no longer shows and you are able to access your account as normal. Failing this, please use a different device.

If neither of the above solutions work, please read on.

My account is closed, how do I re-open it?

We'd be delighted for you to return to Sky Betting & Gaming as a valued customer and we're more than happy to help you with this.

Please be aware that if we have closed your account for commercial/business reasons you will have received notification of this and we are unable to reopen your account. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused.

If your account was closed for other reasons (such as by you), then to reopen your closed account you will need to contact us using the 'Reopen Your Account Chat' button below and speak to one of our team who will be able to assist you.

Multiple account closures 

Please be aware that in instances of multiple account closures/re-openings, we reserve the right to refuse the re-opening of an account. We will of course take your comments into consideration to understand why you closed the account but be aware that the final determination rests with us alone.
