Am I excluded from receiving promotions?

On occasion, reviews by our operations team may highlight accounts which require tighter liability management. Unfortunately, these accounts will not be permitted to participate in any Sky Vegas, Sky Casino and Sky Bingo offers or promotions, including Prize Machine. Patterns that indicate an attempt to abuse the promotions or engage in activity that is against the spirit of the promotions - will also result in immediate exclusion from the offers and promotions. Fraudulent Behaviour

Any account that is deemed to be directly involved in fraudulent activities, or related to other accounts that have been involved, will also be excluded from any Sky Vegas, Sky Casino and Sky Bingo offers or promotions, including Prize Machine. In addition, any such accounts will be subject to our Fraud Policies, outlined in our Sky Betting and Gaming General Terms & Conditions article under the heading 'Fraud and Cheating'.

Can I escalate a promotion exclusion, in order to obtain the reason?

As per our terms and conditions we retain the right to remove the availability of free bets and bonuses from any account. We will provide advance notice wherever possible, however access to promotions may be amended or withdrawn without notice. As such, we are not obliged to provide further information, either specific to yourself or around the general process.

Will a promotion exclusion be reviewed/removed?

Whilst such restrictions are reviewed routinely based on account activity, they are not done so on request and such decisions are not taken lightly.

What happens if I have qualified for a promotion this week?

Any promotions or offers already earned will be credited as usual. However, you will not be able to take part in these promotions moving forward.
